Presidency University is a State Private University located at Rajanukunte, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Established in 2015 under the Presidency University Act, 2013 of the Government of Karnataka, the university was founded with the objective of providing industry-oriented, multidisciplinary and research-focused higher education. It is part of the Presidency Group of Institutions, which has a long-standing presence in the education sector. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes across diverse academic areas including Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, Commerce, Law, Design, Architecture and other emerging disciplines. Its academic structure is designed to combine theoretical foundations with practical learning, professional skills, industry exposure and research. Presidency University places considerable emphasis on technology-enabled education, innovation, entrepreneurship and industry interaction.
